Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped. During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your location and selected shipping method.
Typical delivery estimates:
Standard Shipping (US): 5–10 business days after processing
Priority Shipping (US): 2–4 business days after processing
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Shipping Restrictions
At this time, we currently ship only within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Grab ’Em By The Midterms is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your package is lost, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information. We’ll do our best to assist where possible.
Eligibility for Returns
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns or exchanges on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
Must be returned in its original packaging
Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, email info@grabembythemidterms.com with your order number, name, and reason for return. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please indicate this in your return email. Exchanges are processed as soon as we receive your original item.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
